Every telephone system has to be connected to the main carrier networks to make and receive telephone calls.
Traditionally, this has been achieved using ISDN or analogue services from BT or a similar telecoms carrier.SIP Trunks are the new ISDN connections for Internet Telephony and VoIPsystems.
ISDN30e (30 voice channels) and ISDN2 (two voice channels) are the familiar names of services that are gradually being phased out as the world moves to telephone calls transmitted using data networks using IP(Internet Protocol) - the language of the Internet.
In this new world, ISDN trunks are replaced by SIP Trunks and we offer one of the most competitively prices SIP Trunk services for all users moving to IP telecoms. We partner with Telstra, an international telecoms providers
Competitive Rates
If you are paying more than 1p per minute for local and national telephone calls, or 9p per minute for mobile calls then we can offer you some very competitive costs.
Telephone costs are an unwelcome expense for every organisation, but with Clearstream these costs can be streamlined. In addition to call costs we can offer competitively priced line rentals, geographic and non-geographic numbers, and all typical telecom line services.
SIP Trunks and Geographical Numbers
WIth SIP Trunks, a BT geographic number can be "ported" to a SIP Trunk service such as the local number for one of your offices. Once ported, this number can be terminated anywhere in the country using Voice Over IP.
So customers can call a local branch number, and the phone call can be taken wherever you wish it to be - at Head Office - at a Call Centre - it's up to you.
SIP Trunks, in addition to low costs, give the maximum flexibility to your telephone architecture and help you provide excellent customer service and also assist with
Business Continuity planning.
