By Road (From East)
M4 to Junction 28
Exit M4 at J28 taking 3rd Exit on roundabout towards "Brynmawr" A467
Follow the A467 Dual Carriage Way across 3 roundabouts for 6 miles
At 4th roundabout leave A467 taking 2nd exit towards Wattsville on the A4048 (single carriageway road)
Follow A4048 for 4 miles and at the roundabout turn left onto the A472 dual carriageway signposted Ystrad Mynach
Follow the A472 up the hill and across a roundabout, then down the hill to a roundabout crossing the A469
Go straight over (2nd exit), then immediately right at a mini-roundabout and left at another
Follow this road (A472) up the hill past a Church and under a Railway bridge
The next roundabout is Tredomen Roundabout and our office can be seen to the right.

By Rail
Take the appropriate inter-city rail service to Cardiff Central
From Cardiff Central take the Arriva Wales (Cymru) line (Green LIne terminating at Tredegar) to Ystrad Mynach
Exit the station at Ystrad Mynach turning right out of the station and left out of the station road
Our offices are 300 yards from the station, under the railway bridge and to the right
Travelling time from Cardiff Central is around 15 minutes from boarding the Arriva train
